Becoming A Volunteer
Volunteer Commitment
As a volunteer you get access to all the above coaching, training and support at absolutely no cost. This is a wonderful gift that will help you grow in ways you’ve perhaps not even considered.
In return, we ask that you donate 8 hours a week to your community or the DCF.
Giving back your time, expertise, skills and experience in this way offers the invaluable benefit of providing you with real world practical experience. This experience will enhance the training you receive and help uplift others.
It doesn’t matter whether your expertise is in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, teaching or other areas, either. We will work with you to determine the area of service which is best suited to you and your skillset.
This commitment will last for a full year and start once you have completed our foundational course, The 3C’s Mastermind Program™. As you participate in it, you will connect with a diverse group of liked-minded individuals to brainstorm, share knowledge, support each other, innovate, and solve challenges.
It will be enjoyable and fulfilling to help others as you watch yourself grow.
In addition to all the courses and trainings listed below you will have access to all new volunteer level trainings as long as you remain a volunteer.

This program is designed to enhance participants’ networking skills, enabling them to build meaningful and strategic connections with stakeholders, partners and community members. The training covers techniques for effective communication, relationship-building, and leveraging networks for personal, professional and social growth

Members receive personalised guidance and support from experienced mentors and coaches. This aspect of the program is focused on personal and professional development, helping individuals to set and achieve goals, overcome challenges, and maximise their potential.
