As a volunteer, you gain free access to our coaching, Mentorship, training, and support – an invaluable gift that will help you grow in ways you may never have imagined.
In return, we ask that you dedicate 5 hours per week to serving your community or contributing to the Destiny Connect Foundation (DCF).

Giving back your time, expertise, and skills provides hands-on experience that deepens your learning and allows you to make a tangible difference. This practical experience will not only enhance your growth but also uplift those around you.
No matter your area of expertise – coaching, mentoring, facilitation, teaching, or beyond – we’ll work with you to find the best way for you to serve.
Your Commitment
Your volunteer journey will last for one full year and will begin after you complete our foundational course: The 3C’s Mastermind Program™.
Throughout the program, you’ll engage with a diverse, like-minded community of change-makers to brainstorm, share insights, support one another, and find innovative solutions to challenges.
The experience will be both fulfilling and transformative as you help others while growing yourself.
